Cancel your booking

Enter the Razorpay payment ID and email used for your booking. We will show the refund amount applicable under our cancellation policy before you confirm.

Cancellation policy

  • More than 14 days before check-in: 100% refund.
  • Between 3 and 14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Within 3 days of check-in / no-show: no refund.
  • Refunds are sent via Razorpay to the original payment method and take 5–7 working days.
