A private villa built for memories.

Pearl Villa Homestays offers complete privacy — you get the entire villa, not just a room. With 3 spacious bedrooms and an extra room that can comfortably host 4–5 more guests, the property is perfect for families, groups of friends, romantic getaways, small kitty parties, and intimate celebrations.

We welcome up to 6 guests in the main bedrooms, with flexible space for larger gatherings. Whether you're reuniting with family, planning a quiet anniversary, or hosting a small function — Pearl Villa is your home in Nagpur.

A few simple rules.

By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by the rules below. They keep Pearl Villa safe, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest.

Booking, Damage Deposit & Cancellation

Booking is confirmed only after the damage deposit is received at check-in. Deposit: ₹5,000 for up to 6 guests; ₹8,000 for 7–12 guests. Refunded at check-out after property inspection. Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelled between 3 and 14 days before check-in, no refund within 3 days of check-in or for a no-show. If the host cancels the booking, the refund is decided case-by-case. Refunds are issued via Razorpay to the original payment method and may take 5–7 working days.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise at any time. Please respect neighbouring residents.

Decorations

Party decoration is allowed only outdoors in the verandah. Indoor decorations and any installation on walls or ceilings are not permitted.

Zero Tolerance

Narcotics, illegal alcohol possession, betting, subletting, and any form of commercial sexual activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Identity & Documentation

All guests must present valid, original, government-issued ID at check-in. Forged or altered documents are a criminal offence.

Minors & Companions

Minor guests (under 18) — especially girls — are permitted only when accompanied by immediate family. Minors checking in with friends will not be allowed.

Pool Etiquette

Swimming costumes required. Shower before and after using the pool. Children must always be supervised. Do not enter indoor areas in wet clothes. Pouring any liquid such as shampoo or beverages into the pool, or entering with muddy feet, is strictly prohibited and shall invite a fine of ₹5,000 each. If pool water is polluted, the host must replace the entire pool water to make it safe for the next booking. We politely seek your cooperation in keeping the pool clean and safe for all guests.

Bathroom Etiquette

Do not sit on western-style toilet seats. Use the bin (not the toilet) for diapers, tampons, sanitary pads. Switch off the geyser after use.

Garbage & Energy

Use designated bins only — littering outside the compound invites a ₹1,000 deduction. Switch off lights, fans, ACs, and appliances when not in use.

Damage & Documentation

Guests are responsible for repair/replacement of damaged items. We strongly recommend recording a video of the property on arrival and departure.

The main guest signing the booking takes full responsibility for the behaviour and compliance of all accompanying guests for the duration of the stay.

Frequently asked questions

What is the price for booking Pearl Villa?+

The entire villa can be booked for ₹7,000 per night for up to 6 guests.

What is the charge for additional guests?+

For each extra guest, ₹500 per night will be charged. A maximum of 6 extra guests can be accommodated (total 12 guests).

What is the damage deposit amount?+

A damage deposit of ₹5,000 is required for up to 6 guests, and ₹8,000 for 7–12 guests. It is refunded at check-out after property inspection.

What is the cancellation policy?+

100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 3 and 14 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled within 3 days of check-in or for a no-show. If the host cancels the booking, the refund amount is decided case-by-case. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect in 5–7 working days. You can cancel from the /cancel page using your Razorpay payment ID and email.

Are children counted as guests?+

Children above 8 years of age are counted as separate guests and will be included in the total guest count.

How many bedrooms are available?+

There is one bedroom on the ground floor and three on the first floor (total four bedrooms).

Where will extra guests sleep?+

We provide 3 extra mattresses.

Is hot water available?+

Hot water is available 24x7.

Is there a refrigerator?+

Yes, there is a refrigerator.

Do you provide packaged drinking water?+

No. The property has Aquaguard RO filtered drinking water.

Is there power backup?+

Emergency power backup is provided for illumination and fans.

Is there an elevator (lift)?+

No.

Is an Indian-style toilet available?+

All ensuite toilets are Western-style. However, the property includes a separate Indian-style toilet seat, which is outside the bedrooms.

Is an in-house cook available?+

No. However, a kitchen with an electric hotplate is provided for guest use.

Can we bring outside food?+

Yes, outside food is permitted. Online food delivery apps such as Zomato also deliver to the property.

Are there any restaurants nearby?+

Yes. The nearest option is Punjabi Dhaba, which is 800 meters walking distance. Other family restaurants include Rasranjan and Swagatam. All three are situated within a 5–6 minute drive on the outer ring road.

Can we play loud music?+

We want you to have a wonderful time during your stay, but we kindly ask that you be mindful of our neighbors. To keep the neighborhood peaceful and avoid noise complaints, please avoid playing deafening or excessively loud music. You are welcome to enjoy music at a reasonable, moderate volume until 8:00 PM.

Are party decorations allowed?+

Party decoration is strictly not allowed inside the villa. However, decorations are permitted outdoors in the lawn and veranda, taking care that the paintwork is not damaged.

Is smoking allowed?+

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may smoke in the veranda and garden area.

Why is a damage deposit required?+

The deposit motivates guests to be careful and ensures the property is maintained to the highest standards for everyone's comfort. It also ensures the villa remains rentable for the next booking.

Are CCTV cameras installed on the property?+

Yes. To ensure guest safety, CCTV cameras are installed in the entry, exit, and common outdoor areas. No cameras are installed inside the living quarters.

Are fire extinguishers available on the property?+

Yes.

Are smoke detectors installed?+

No.

Do taxi rental apps provide service at the property location?+

No. It's better to commute in your private vehicle as taxi-hailing services are sometimes very erratic in this area.

Is there a general store nearby?+

Dmart is a 5-minute drive from the property.

Is there a hospital close to the property?+

AIIMS Hospital, Midas Hospital, and Sure Tech Hospital are full-fledged tertiary care hospitals, all within a 15-minute drive from the property.

Will a caretaker be present at the property?+

Housekeeping staff will assist you with the check-in and check-out process and will be available on call. However, they will not stay on the property overnight.

Is alcohol served on the property?+

Hosts do not provide alcoholic beverages. Guests must arrange their own drinks keeping in mind the existing law for legal possession of alcoholic beverages.
